The company was founded in 1949 by Valfrid Ejendal in Leksand, Sweden and, over the years, has acquired other safety equipment companies to create the Ejendals group. This includes the Finnish company Urho Viljanmaa OY, which used to produce safety shoes under the name JALAS®.

At Dawnthrive Ltd, we can supply Ejendals personal protective equipment, including JALAS® safety shoes and TEGERA® safety gloves.
